Symbiosis

Symbiosis is a mixed-media exploration of structural weaving, where unconventional materials such as foam, wood, and elastic bands are seamlessly integrated into the textile process. By interweaving these distinct materials, the textile takes on entirely new properties shifting in shape, expanding, and creating tactile dimensions. The project is primarily an experimental study of material behavior, resulting in an innovative, interactive textile work that invites tactile engagement and changes form depending on its interaction.
